The department of Business Information Systems provides technical management and support for SDSU's financial (Oracle E-Business Suite) and HR (CMS PeopleSoft) administrative applications, including MarkView imaging. BIS provides Help Desk services to all campus users as well as development and database administration. In support of the productivity of the campus community, we always strive to be responsive and timely.

OPEN LAB - ORACLE AND MARKVIEW

    Financial Operations is offering an open lab hour for assistance in using Oracle or MarkView every Friday. RSVP is requested.


    When: Fridays, 10 - 11 a.m.

    Where:  Applications Training Lab, AD 233

    Why: Assistance in using r12 Oracle and MarkView

  • Please RSVP and let us know what areas you'd like to focus on so we can ensure the proper staff are available to assist you.

  • Use this hands-on lab time for help as an alternative to contacting BIS via telephone.
